| ?What sort of consumer protections exist for this scenario
A credit card was ordered Zig-Zag courier service attempted to deliver to the wrong city For 8 days I'm stuck in the house waiting for them to deliver Every day they tell me tomorrow They finally attempt to deliver once more, to the wrong city Again they tell me tomorrow An attempt to cancel the credit card was made, but the customer service seems heavily biased against this, asking for last 6 digits of a card not in my possession, no options for foreign language etc | ||
