| Three weeks ago I bought a new cell phone from one of the KSP branches. The order and the invoice is stating that the phone has Mobile BD Israel 1 year warranty. When I actually contacted Mobile BD Israel they answered that they are only importers (though they have their own labs) but not the warranty provider for my cell phone. The real service provider is another company - Get Cell. I wouldn't have bought the phone if I knew it was on the third party service. It also looks like KSP shades the real warranty provider company name with the Mobile BD Israel name. I feel cheated, because I got not what I've ordered and paid for. Is the whole scheme legal at all? Mailing to KSP does not give any results - they say that 2 weeks has already passed and send me to Mobile Israel BD, and looks like they also are not intended to resolve the issue. What can I do about it? Thanks! |
