שלום

I am sorry I need to post it in English, but I am afraid if I write in Hebrew will be not clear.I really really will appreciate your help.

My case is that I enrolled in an online course. I didn't start the course or take any class or anything. I called repeatedly to say that I wanted to cancel it. They explained to me that the cancellation policy is that if I start or take classes I can no longer cancel. (I did not take any classes, I did not start the course and it has not been 14 days since I enrolled in the course) In the end I they convinced under pressure not to cancel. But I still want to cancel (I have not taken a single class yet. I did not do anything of that course) Now the man does not want to cancel the course and he wants to take the full amount for the course. What do you think? What I can do? I have no problem if there is a percentage to pay, let's say 5% it is normal, but the full amount? Why? It really seems very unfair to me. I am a single mom and that money represents food for my son and the rent for my house. I have tried to contact this consumer protection agency and they do not answer me. What I can do? Please help me, help me. I know about the good heart of Israeli people (I believe on it). I am a new immigrant and I don't really understand how the country works. If you can help me I will thank you. You can answer me in Hebrew, but please help me.

Thank you,

Margarita
