I purchased a 'cartis nittan' from a snif do'ar for which I paid 20 nis and put on it an amount of a few hundred shekels. I never used the card, not in a store and not online. Two months after purchase, I tried to use it and when that proved difficult, I contacted the credit card company that issued the card and they told me that I had 5 nis on the card. The credit card company told me that the card had been used two times for payment to Bezek - I contacted Bezek and Bezek International and both said that my card had not been used for payments to them. The credit card company said they will look into the matter but are not responsible for these type of fraud situations.Is there anything I can do? Thanks so much for your help.

You should also conduct an inquiery of your own, and approach the Credit Card Company in writing demanding a refund of the lost sum of money.
